As per our Service Level Agreement, we are making you aware that this Saturday (February 27), at 4:00am UTC, there will be some scheduled down time for approximately 2-4 hours for routine maintenance. To ensure uptime and enhance capacity and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade early Saturday morning so that we can ensure a smooth transition. These upgrades will reduce bugs, address recent postgresql service, and help us get closer to redesigning our database architecture. Additionally, ESP users will soon have the option to enhance their database’s capacity to eliminate any friction with high loadings.
